At the first show we ever attended in early 2005 India walked into the ring and my jaw dropped to the floor. She was by far the most stunning llama at that show and one of the most memorable I have ever seen. For years I told her former owner, Toni Knie, that I would appreciate the first opportunity to purchase her if she ever came up for sale. Toni and Tracy Pearson have owned her together since 2007 and have babied her like any favorite llama deserves. I did not think I'd be successful but at the end of 2012 I thought it was time to again ask these two fine ladies to share India. After some leg twisting they agreed, for which I am so thankful to both of them. India was shown for four years and knocked the socks off her competition, accumulating 127 halter points, ten Grand Championships and four Reserve Grands. We have started her breeding with us by matching her to Pearson Ponds Don Diago. We just can't wait to see the result.
