Smoke’N
is a full Chilean herdsire. His sire, Confucius,
is nationally known, winning several Get of Sire Top 10
honors at Celebrity, Regionals, and Nationals! He has sired
many ALSA Halter Champions.Smoke’N is the only herdsire
out of Confucius in the East. Smoke’N has presence,
stretch, great bone, and wonderful silver fiber. His dam
has had five cria, all of which have some silver fiber so
we’re hoping Smoke’N picked up those genes from
her, as well as from his sire. His disposition is exceptional
which he also gets from his dam. He is one of those llama
that gets a second look.
Smoke’N died in late 2009 from ingestion of an unknown
bacteria. What a sad loss. Not only was he a
major part of our upcoming breeding program, but he also
served as the ambassador to visitors who arrived at our wine
tasting facility. He loved to stand on the dirt mound
striking a statue like pose for visitors.
